The intelligent vending machine stocks snacks such as chips, candies, chocolates, beverages, and beer, as well as items for women and family planning, creating a 24-hour unmanned intelligent convenience store for guests.
The intelligent front-end storage, combined with the hotel delivery robot GeGe, forms a closed-loop service of shopping, retrieval, and delivery, bringing true convenience and efficient service to guests.

In Radisson RED's "Smart Enjoyment Space,"Yunji's hotel delivery robot is seamlessly integrated with TCL televisions. Guests only need to scan the QR code on the room's counter to shop. The bedroom TV screen immediately displays a prompt that the robot is "on a mission." In about 3 minutes, the room's intelligent voice phone rings, and the TCL TV screen shows a prompt: "I'm at the door, please open it to retrieve your items."
Radisson RED aims to provide guests with an experience of smart living. Cloud Trace's technology integrates with TCL systems, enabling interactive summoning of robots, visualized robot services, and traceable order trajectories, providing a traceable path for a smart living experience.
